Sorry, weekdays are out for me, a really nice canal though and if you paddle past the Chainbridge Hotel make sure you jump out and get some shot's of the Serpent's Tail....

As for JJ's, been a while since I was last there, some great paddling, however the last time I paddled up the course against the current, damn that was hard work but taught me a lot.
