JT that last picture is brilliant, even with that old canvas bag in shot Tongue
Excellent couple of photies JT Wink
The first looks great as the foreground blends with the black background of the forum. The second well, thats what I would call still! Thanks for sharing mate.
I've taken a few early morning picutres over the years but this one on Thirlemre in February is still my favourite, as much for the memories it brings back as anything. Some of you will know the story of how Gav & me managed to get lost in fog and then for the morning to change to one of glorious winter sunshine a few minutes after this picture was taken.

I make no apologies for letting the Duluths get in the shot, I think they set the picture off just rightWink I am sure mountain man Bill would agree anyway.

Cheers

Misty Morn

I choose to descend to the waters edge
And dip my toe in the morning mist
To stand on the bank, a simple ledge
A view to uphold and not be missed

A wisp of white hair to crown the lake
Gently swirling in an unseen breeze
A picture of beauty, my camera eye to take
To hold my memory is one of ease

Yet of all the panorama breathed
Is the morning sun of bliss
This mist the breath of trees relieved
Who would wish to miss this?
