This is the new Canoe/OC1 blade from Lance, built in the UK these are probably some of the prettiest paddles on the market with a choice of construction, colour and length.

Straight: 130cm - 150cm
Cranked: 130cm - 150cm


Luxor is a graceful C1 blade with a powerful feel. The shape is designed for racing and Slalom, but is perfect for river running C1 and OC1 boats who rely on skill rather than force. It has less surface area then the Mustang, and therefore, it is faster and less strenuous. It is suitable for all abilities.

Available Styles & Weights:
Available in the styles: Silver Hybrid, Carbon Hybrid, Carbon Elite, Ultra Hybrid & Carbon Stealth. Colours available for the Ultra Hybrids and the Carbon Stealths are: Golden Yellow, Tango Orange, Flame Red, Deep Blue, Royal Purple, Crimson Pink & Mint Green.

Very interesting Graeme, very different to what is currently available although without a clear definition of the different materials its quite daunting to decipher it all. Are you going to hold stock? And why after our last paddle conversation did you decide to post this?

This is a brand new paddle, one of the first ones will be tested by one of the members of this forum in Purple of course

This paddle is designed specifically for C1 and OC1 paddling due to the design of the blade with the cut away shoulders. Not really a touring paddle more for smaller boats.
