Hello All

Quite a few of you will already know me already, mostly as Mrs R, or The Canoe Stigs Wife.

As you will all have probably gathered by now I have just purchased my very own canoe, from the very helpful staff at YC, thanks Graeme, Heather and Sara.

Well weather permitting I will be off for my first solo paddle tomorrow, and will do a review on my Disco 119 once I have been out and understood how it handles, no point writing anything till I do !!

Thanks everyone for your support on the other threads, really appreciate it, just one thing, Nige I dont have any controls now!!!!!!! Please can you fix it for me Wink
ILL Oh my God,
I am screwed now, good job we have 2 computers in our house ILL
Hi ya Tracy, welcome to C-waV. Wink A little daft really cus you've probably spent more time on here than you know who. Looking forward to reading your take on this canoeing lark, it'll be nice to have a fresh view. Hope you manage to get out tomorrow even if you have to take him with you Whistle
Once again, congrats on the new boat, and enjoy.
Welcome Tracy, guess we'll all have to behave now Sad hope the trip today went well. You already know alot more about canoeing than you think, given the amount of times we have chatted about canoe stuff whilst his stiginess was polishing away in the garage. Wonder how long before the other wags join up? Spy duck

Welcome - it'll be nice to have a bit class and finesse around here now. Speaking of which - I'm still trying to get Mrs Biff into a boat (and a tent!!). No luck yet - any pointers??

Cheers

Biff

Well you will need something really comfy, like a nice seat Tongue or a nice big yellow tandem boat, as for camping, I would only recommend luxury, a nice outwell complete with carpet, why rought it when you dont have too, I think there maybe one for sale Wink
