A couple of weeks ago I made the "Can you tell what it is ?" Mast mount, well today I had a set up of the full sailing rig only in the garage but I am very please with the results Smile
It's rock solid and I can't wait to give it a try.

The home made closed cell mast foot attached with double sided carpet tape it been on for a couple of weeks now and has been submerged so I think its securely attached.

Canoeius Stigius

Some say his peroxide streaks are actually finely woven strands of kevlar, titanium and candy floss and that his vision sensors are created from parts of the Death Star, Stephen Hawkins wheel chair and a Tomy 'My First Computer' all we know is that he is called the Canoe 'Sailing' Stig

I couldn't possibly comment on such a controversial statement, how much were those dry suits again Whistle
Well I gave this a good test this weekend and it works a treat I did Coniston Hall to brown How on Friday in 45mins, Cool Saturday the wind was really strong and whilst doing the same trip with Tony (mountain lad) I had a couple of but clenching moments under sail, I was quite amazed at how easy it is to sail across the wind and steer the canoe with the sail.
