Knowing Lee it was probably chewing gum or squeezy cheese Devil
I reckon the pollytunnel may have something to do with it Noel Rolleyes if it's any like the ones we have at work, just out of interest does the boat have more rocker now? Wink

I used Wicks own brand contact adhesive. I reckon you should follow Graemes advice it may withstand the temperature better, either that or some wheatabix and mik, that stuff sticks!

Glad you like the boat Wave
I used B+Q epoxy, on my oak mast foot,
it stuck ok, but came away after 6 weeks,
the glue dries brittle and cracks when the hull flexes...
i just tried using evo stick serious stuff waterproof glue,
it stays flexible,
will let you know how it goes..Cool

I know that a few people have used self adhesive Velcro which works ok.

The right glue for the right materials is the key Wink
There's just no way I'm going to post a picture of my Mast Step up....Shy

Well not unless it gets us to the end of the Cally Canal that is....Rolleyes

Cheers
