Trust me we would rather be paddling than being stuck in a classroom most of the day's, although I am sure that the CP will make it interesting Wink

Hope you have a good time Cool

Hi Sam,

This could be a goer for us...

How long in terms of time do you think the paddle will be...or alternatively, if we meet at 10 what time do you think we'll be leaving...?

Are Helmut's required...?

Is anyone bringing Cake...?

Cheers

Just been doing some more research the rough length from reddish vale to northenden weir is about 15k have been thinking and am gonna put it to all those looking at coming along and if we cut the trip short and have the get out at burnage rugby club the trip wud take 2 to 3 hours if u want to carry on down to northenden it wud b an extra 1 to 2 hours so I'll c wat the concensus is I wud also b hoping to b on the water at about half ten the strecth of river shouldn't need helmets as far as I can remember but I will b taking mine and a spare just in case there are a few small weirs that are runnable there is a weir on the tame however that we will have to portage as it is too dangerous to run this is only a short portage and great spot for brew also just to let u know we will b going under the Mersey shopping centre for bout 5 mins and it will b a bit dark I will have a lantern and head lamp with me if u have any questions pm me and I'll b happy to answer them. Hi Sam,

Either sounds good to us...

We need to be off the water and heading for home, at the latest, by 16:00, so if we go for the long one, we'd need the car at the get out...

Cheers
