Whilst on holiday to Blackpool with my Mum we visited Blackpool Zoo. Although it was an amazing day seeing all the animals there was one thing we couldn't forget.

The first animals we saw was the Lemurs and they told us something that really upset us. They told us that on the previous day a hooded individual broke into there house and stole one of there friends and was holding him hostage in Blackpool tower.

They asked us to visit the tower and recover there lost friend and also they provided with there family photo’s.

this is Larry

and here is a Photo of his father telling us the saddening story



and here are the photo's of some of the other animals telling us about it



so with the information we gathered we headed off to Blackpool Tower on a rescue mission. After 3 hours of hunting round the tower we eventually found Larry on the top Level. So the real mission started trying to convince the poor lemur to come down from the top of the tower.



eventually we were successful and Larry was delighted to join us and tell us about his life.
Unfortunately when we suggested taking Larry back to his friends and family he hid inside my mums t-shirt pocket

He then confided in us and told us he was the outcast of his family and was always bullied and no one loved him. So we said we would protect him and give him a home but now we are asking if this lovable Lemur will be accepted into the C-WaV family of wildlife.

So its over to you lot now. Does Lovable Lemur Larry get to be an honorary member of the family???

What a handsome young chappy... I bet it was that nasty looking Salamander that was bullying him....

Well another mouth to feed,,, but at least Larry evens it up a bit at home 2 against 4 now so at least the odds are improving (still won't win )

It wasn't a Salamander it was a blue tounged Skink that wouldnt keep its tounge out for the camera. Sadly Red your also wrong about that Larry informed us that the only reason he would want to go back to the zoo would be to rescue his companion as he was also an outcast and one of a kind who was trapped next to the Elephants.

How dare you say that you always win us females of the family have to slave away in the kitchen and do all the house work whilst your getting your post count up.
