Well it seems that quite a few members are getting hooked into this disipline now, will we see a C-waV team entering soon?
I'll leave this to the younger more adrenaline crazed amongst us. Far too energetic for me. I wont be averse to attending as a spectator though. Wink especially if we have a team! Smile
I take it C1 is closed cockpit canoe? Dunno never tried it.

Mebee one day eh!
Cheers
Tim
Yes, Tim, it's a closed cockpit kayaky thing.

Alex is getting into it a fair bit now. He's getting some coaching from a guy in the club and is also hopefully getting some rolling instruction from his second club up at Windsor Canoe club.Wink

He entered his first slalom a few weeks ago - entered in Division 4, but there wasn't one so he got put in D3. I think from memory he came about 18th out of 23, not bad considereing it's his first and also he was bumped into a higher div than he should be.

He's now looking for his own boat, so if anyone knows of a C1 out there, please get in touch!!

Thanks,

Graham.

Which partner are you using? The one you dunked at Marple or the one you've injured so much, they can't paddle at the moment Tongue

Winter training, yep. You can start tomorrow night (in your kayak) Devil
