Well when I explained what had happened at Marple my physio was like hmm I think you should have 4 weeks with no paddling because if you hit a rock with the paddle you run the risk of inflaming the muscle and run the risk of loose most of the movement I have gained and you will probably be back to square 1 and have to re-due what you had already done. This was before I told him I was thinking of competing this weekend. Sad Sad Sad

I know but he was quite nice about it (ha ha ha) he went “I suggest no paddling for 4 weeks” and I went “ow so that means I cant compete this weekend then does it?” and he just went “I hate to be the barer of bad news” grr but he has now moved me to a weekly shoulder group class so I might get fixed faster but if all else fails there still the chance of surgery OW GOODY
More exercising and less CwaV posting will get you paddling sooner Copper
I will have you know that typing messages on CWa-V actually exercises the muscles. Tongue
