I paddle an Ontario as often as I can but when its windy I stray to the darkside and paddle a Blackwater.
Now I can read about all these "awful" weekends that Tim attends.

Hi Mandy a very warm Welcome to the Forum, as to the awful weekends that Tim has, one thing I can tell you, never have I seen someone who is so willing to assist, help and advise, on the EOSCM, we had 20 odd canoes and the put in was very precarious, and Tim helped everyone to get in their canoe, and I for one was pleased that he was there, and I'm sure there were others who appreciated his help, The only thing was with concentrating and not wanting to delay proceedings, as soon as my daughter and grandson were safely in I pulled away and forgot to say Thank you to Tim for his help, so "Thank you Tim", and of course there were other members who helped in various ways, I know I have detracted from the original post in Welcoming you to the forum, but just had to say something to you.
Welcome once again enjoy and Happy paddling.

maybe on the seven or some where local, any suggestions wellcome. Oh I had better ask Tim if he wants to come along

Me and Grizz were talking about staying out on the 24th....Severn might be a nice idea, if we could fit it in with me and him stopping over at the Pub for the night...
Have to check with his Bearness first tho'

As you can see I am now on this forum also. Maybe I will be able to use this more frequently, when I can get a look in on the computer!!!!
Hopefully we will find more paddling time as I am now doing one weekend in four at work now.
