As some of you know, we kinda live in the conservatory, and Mrs Frame was wrapped up in several layers last night....

With temps dropping below 10 of an evening, today's been spent getting the woodburner all cleaned up and sealed ready for the comming winter...

and battoning some of the copious pallet wood collected over the summer (that saw of the Normark.. ), and splitting last year's logs (Dry, I recon Tim could get it going with his Vas' and cotton wool.. )...

Mr's Frame has just now started rubbing her hands together to generate heat so I think we'll have to have a first burn tonight, it's dark so it won't be obvious to the smoke police where it's comming from.....

Me and the Dog have been fighting all night for the best view....

The dog gets pretty pi**ed off when he has to move so that I can load it up again.....

first fire of the year! Ours is on most night sumemr or winter - mind you ours house can get cold and damp in the summer.
