Well it was birthday time so the project for this year was to outfit a new Dagger Kingpin as a C1.

A new Kingpin shell was ordered from Dagger in plenty of time and they even made a one off in Plum and White Smile

So the hull arrived

After measuring up where things were going to fit, the outfitting started, firstly by fixing a North Water No-ring D ring under the existing foam buoyancy for fitting the front fixing for the snow board bindings (see later)

Then it was time to cut out and fit the dashboard, it helps if you cut a cardboard template first.

Then came the seat

And finally the snowboard bindings were finally fitted

Note the addition of a quick release

We have made some slight alterations since to the trim as it was a bit bow light initially, will post some more pics next time it goes out to play joy

It was a fun project and enjoyed working from a blank canvas.
looking at the depth of the boat i believe it may be a bit difficult for the likes of me and red to kneel inRolleyes

Ya cheeky bug**r.....Smile

Don't include me in your fit out requirements for a Zimmer frame yet..I'll just tuck the fat in, with a bit of Tim's "Justin" I'll get a perfect seal...Rolleyes

Mind you, my Yoga instructor's eyes did widen significantly when she took sight of that boat, and I explained the position required....Exclamation

Big Grin

I think you may require a slightly larger hull as Andy suggested Wink
