You've have actually managed to attach the above file successfully.
But permissions haven't been set correctly
so the option may not appear for all boards. Another job for the "to do" list.

Some computers block files from downloading unless you give the site permission to download, it will be in the 'Pop-up blocker' or ActiveX settings on your browser.

Ken the pdf only works when you are signed in, if someone is not registered or a member who is not logged in then it prompts them to do so. I tested it earlier and everything works fine but folks must be logged in or to download it.
I was just discussing the amount of qualifications I need to requalify for this coming year and the courses I would like to complete. It's going to be an expensive year!
