As CwaV is sort of a gathering of Yukon owners, just a quick question/conversation starter, what do you use for fuel and how do you light it.

Me I frequent the local wood and look for standing dead wood,or even fallen dead wood, not too much from the same area mind. It is usually about as thick as my wrist, when at home I dig out my saw and chop it into about 4" long, then it is stored under cover until I need it.....

How do I light mine, well I either use twigs birch bark or make kindling with said 4" lengths I chop a few up into kindling, then I place 2 complete lengths in the Yukon, drop a lump of Justin Case lighting material or indeed any tips from here

Then I add my kindling
And here we go

YYEEEHHAAA!

Then sit round and relax with friends. Yukon owners of the world IGNITE!

Campfire A wild gathering of uni undergrads around an open fire maybe? But the phrase, "YYEEEHHAAA" in capitals no less and canoeing do not make for happy bed-fellows.

A little decorum please sirs. (And no comments along the lines of, "There is little decorum when we meet.")
