Grandpops has obtained his first pass of the year at the cost of a shopping trip to Chester.

joyjoyjoyjoy Christen the Kelly, Christen the temporary scaffold derived paddle and wet the boat (if I can find it!) joyjoyjoyjoy

So I can be in Chester for 10.30 to shuttle peeps to Farndon - 5 spare seats. It seems the best way of doing it for me since I have to drop a credit card and the missus in Chester anyways.

Let me know if you want to do it that way, saves me some miles.

Mike
My boats on the roof Smile

So guess it'll be a late night with mr Tax Man mad defiently a few Cheers
Most excellent Mike and Gill.

Leave your slippers at home though....The banks are a bit muddy after the recent high water.... Big Grin

I hear we may also have another two or three joining us, with a special guest appearance too....Smile

Hi so its:

Me
Redframe
Gill
Willow
& poss 2-3 others

Willow, I suggest we meet you at Chester with the empty van and your canoe. Everyone else meet up at Farndon for 10:30 to drop off boats as I guess you wont be able to get 5 or 6 canoes on to the van.

So every one else apart from Willow to meet up at Farndon for 10:30.
I won't need a lift back to Farndon, so can provide security for the boats while you all go back to get your cars after the event...Smile

Cheers
Red.
Where would you like to meet? And yes Red... I now its Chester! Tongue

Off to find my boat and load the car. joyjoyjoy

Can someone bring a spare paddle please in case my ex-scaffold is useless Wave

Mike
As LP suggests, If you meet him at Sandy Lane 10.30, or before, and stick your boat on top with his, he can bring you up to Farndon and leave the Shogun at Sandy....

If there's a problem with getting two boats on LP's car then I'll meet you at Sandy at same time and put your boat on our car...(But LP needs to let us know if he can't fit two boats on top, otherwise I'll be at Farndon for 10:30)...

Suggest that everyone else meets at Farndon for 10:30...

I'll bring a spare blade for you, as long as you don't pry off the gunnel, what length do you normally use...Question
