Just been down to the camping spot for a last minute tidy up, All tip top and the Rivers got very little weed and has plenty of water in.

All portage points have been de-nettled Rolleyes and the woodpile restocked Campfire

I do think going down to a Wild Campsite two nights before the meet to mow the grass is a bit beyond the call of duty...., but much appreciated... Smile

With regards strimming nettles at the portage points, we'll all be expecting landing stages next year.... Tongue

It may be our Wild Campsite but it's also a working Lock on a Navigation so it also makes it better for other boaters, There's nowt worse than Knee high nettles when you've dropped your windlass!
