I would like to bounce an idea off the Essex crew for a possible Chelmer & Blackwater meet for the August bank holiday weekend 2011, would any the Essex crew member be up of a meet then, that if we could book the same venue for then.
Man, that's advance planning, but yeah - I'm in.

there's no restrictions it could stretch to other members of C-WAV member from other parts of the country if they are able to get to the venue.

I have one consern on this preposed meet,which is, if there is not enough interest by members then I may have to cancel the meet.
I have tryed to arange meet on other sites were no members have turned up when they have said that they would or have diped out due to other unforesean reasons that I wasn't aware of.

this prosed meet will only go ahead if I am able to book the site at HML, if not then it will not take place.

I think that the fact you only have two people confirmed suggests you may be a bit early for booking the site. Personally I would wait until later in the year then see who is interested as my guess is that it is to early for people to be sure if they can make it.
