Anyone got any good 4 day canoe camping trips? In the UK!!
flat water or up to grade 2, with suitable campsites or legal wild camping on the way??

The River Severn from Pool Quay to Stourport.
About 90 miles if you do the lot.
Lots of opportunities for wild camping, with the occasional riverside campsite there if you need it.

Depending on experience it HAS to be the Spey.... Both myself and Warthog would go back there tomorrow....

Liked the Spey.
Loch Shiel either one way to archale or circular to and from glenfinnan.
Just did Loch Etive this summer and left car at Taynuilt pier and camped Eastwards for 4 nights.
Lots of other Scottish Lochs give a 'wilderness feel'
