Well with the weather getting warmer, is anyone on the look out for a FSRT, if so we can put some dates together.

For those that are not familiar with the jargon, it is the Foundation Safety and Rescue Training
It's a minimum 6 hours course and goes through the basic rescue techniques for swimmer, canoe and kayak rescue.

It is a BCU course and on completion a certificate is awarded, by the BCU.
This is a great course to attend, I did one last year, a lot of fun and a lot of learning....

The coaching ratio is 1:6 so if you are interested put your names down and then we can look at some dates.
