Another quick easy and tasty dish, large for one or with added bread for two.
Ingredients,
One tin of John West traditional wood smoked peppered mackerel fillets in sunflower oil,
One packet Uncle Benns Express Spicy Mexican style rice.
30ml water.
Instructions,
Cook rice as instructions, then add fish complete with sunflower oil and stir until piping hot, then eat and enjoy!
Simples.
