Hi all

I watched enviously as Petey used a Yukon a while back and I want one.
But having searched down the back of the sofa and armchairs and only finding 5p and some cashew nuts I cannot afford a Yukon.

So...
are there any simple ways of making similar, ie a box to hold fire and cook on, I say simple because I am DIY challenged.

DBC = dog bowl colander, prior to splashing out on a Yukon I use to burn stuff in one of these...

It is a stainless steel colander bolted to a stainless steel dog bowl, burns stuff well and yukon cook on it Campfire .

Be warned however my DBC conked out after about a year of hard use, where as the Yukon is still going strong after two!

cheers
