I tried this for the first time yesterday not sure what it would taste like but it was a success, it was cheap, light and reasonably tasty and it only took a few minuets to cook, if you are hungry and want it for tea maybe some bannock and a glass or two of white wine would do the trick .

Ingredients.(the ones I used any way but choose your own to taste)
Small pack of vegetable noodles
Small tin of Sardines in spring water
One Hot and Spicy Pepperami
one sachet of tomato ketchup


Cook noodles as per instructions,


Chop up pepperami (please note it must be done with a sheath knife for authenticity)


Mix both pepperami and sardines to noodles.

Break up sardines and mix in along with pepperami and tomato ketchup with the noodles


enjoy


I reckon a bottle of white cooled off in the river would go down a treat.
