Especially given that she hurt her wrist on Friday but soldiered on - a visit to hospital last night saw her in a splint with a suspected broken scaphoid bone in the wrist.

I REALLY hope it's not broken 'H', you'll be looking at six weeks in a fibreglass cast (don't let them fob you off with a plaster cast..!)...

Thank you lads, my results were good to say i have not been training, so now its time to rest my wrist and then get back to training properly, im hoping its nothing too bad as its annoying me already, im itching to get back in a boat and its only been 2 days
