Yeah yeah!
So 17" right? Viewing the picture above shows the banner at the top of the page not filling the top of forum. Am I right or is my eyesight failing?

Hi Gav, I have to have a 15" one too to see the vertically challenged
it's all about width
Hi Nige
If it's any help I am using a 15.4" widescreen laptop and the banner is about 3/4 of the way across, on my 19" monitor in the shop which is square it fills the top completely.

I'm on a 17" widescreen lappy (think it's the same as the one above).

Actually, no it doesn't
This has me completely baffled now. I'm using a 17" widescreen and the banner fits the width of the page. Has it always appeared this way Saarlak? I ain't going to be able to sleep at night now!

The same on my 19" TFT also. Always been that way. Only way I can make it fit is by making the window smaller.
You are probably using %'s as widths in the CSS as opposed to pixel dimensions (Elastic v Fixed layout).

To be honest Nige, I've hadn't noticed until you mentioned it. Don't know if I didn't notice because it's just happened or that I'm so used to other sites having the same thing.
You are too obsessive!
