END OF SUMMER LAKES MEET/SOCIAL weekend of Fri 26th to Sun 28th september.

C-WAV end of summer family meet/social in the Lakes Friday the 26th to Sunday the 28th of september
I havent decided on a venue yet but will do after next weekend, as I will be checking out Side farm for suitability but the candidates are;
Sidefarm Ullswater,
Coniston Hall campsite,
Low wray campsite Windermere,
It will follow the usual plan arrive friday, main paddle sat, some kind of group BBQ in the evening paddle sunday return home.
So anyone interested I will post more Plans in a week or two when I know the venue.

Must attend a retro meet, and this one seems handy. A good time after my last hols so it fits in wel. Not sure about the fri night, I will only know closer f I have some flexi-leave available.

But the sat night is a yes (can try my whisperlite and woodgas), so 1 & 1/2 days paddlig guaranteed.

As for location - any suits me as long as they have hot showers and flat pitches!

As some of you can't make it I have changed the Dates to TO THE LAST WEEKEND IN SEPTEMBER FRIDAY THE 26th TO SUNDAY THE 28th Hope this is more convenient, plus it will be quieter and there may even be a little more water around for you river boys.
